OBR paddle shift kit offers the ultimate in performance, features and reliability as already proven by race winning results worldwide.
Our paddle shift closed loop control strategy is included with the ECU motorsports software versions, supplied free of charge with our Euro-4, Euro-5, Euro-8 and Euro-12 engine management systems.
The advanced closed loop control strategy ensures every single gear shift is performed consistently, protecting against missed shifts, damaged dog rings and damaged engines from over-revving.
The system monitors the shift barrel position in closed loop with timers, engine RPM, shift compressor air pressure and throttle position to ensure perfect and flawless up and down shifts.
To minimize pressure loss and to optimize shift times we do not use any external shift valves in our system.  Up and down shift valves are built into the shift actuator and the throttle blips required for down shifts are done with the engine's drive-by-wire throttle body.
