These NTK lambda sensors are for use with our Euro-4, Euro-5, Euro-8 and Euro-12 ECU's.
The controller kits are designed for use with all our ECUs, including the new Euro-2 ECU. The kit is used for measuring oxygen content in the exhaust gas, used with a 5-wire NTK wide band lambda sensor and our controller, transmitting the data on a CAN bus:
- Lambda value
- Lambda sensor temperature
- Sensor and heater status
It can be used as a stand-alone kit, for example for dyno test cells, but also to add individual cylinder monitoring with our ECUs. It is possible to combine up to 16 kits in a single installation, ideal for engine development work.
The lambda sensor is an individually calibrated NTK UEGO wide band lambda sensor (O2 sensor) for use with our OBR engine control systems.
With this sensor the engine can run in closed loop, adaptive fuel control, obtaining the programmed lambda target values.
Temperature range <1,740 OF (950 OC) continuously.
